- Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking upon check-in or when making payment at the property.
- In case of no show or late cancellation, guests will be charged with the service fee associated with the room charge.
- Children under 12 are not permitted to use the Club Continental Floor or enter The continental Lounge.
- Each room can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children (12 years old or under).
- The breakfast inclusive rate only includes maximum 2 daily breakfasts.
- Should the guest be classified as a confirmed case of COVID-19 infection during the stay, arrangements will be made in accordance with the government regulations. Additional costs of HK$1,000 will be charged where necessary for professional cleaning and disinfection services.
- Please note that the Swimming Pool Opening Days: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday) Opening Hours : 09:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00 Closing Hour: 13:00 – 14:00 (for disinfection).
