A full list of guest names must be provided at the time of booking, and the names of guests in different rooms must not be duplicated. Changing of guest names is strictly prohibited on all reservations.

Guests staying in the Tower Wing will receive complimentary canned beverages in the room once per stay.

Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings or collect supplement charges for unauthorised usage.

The maximum occupancy for all rooms in the Hotel Wing is 2 adults or 1 adult with 1 child.

All rooms in the Tower Wing allow a maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child. Children from 0 to 11 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.
This is a strictly non-smoking property from March 1, 2017 onwards. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
China Hong Kong City where the Hotel locates atop of will arrange festive LED lighting decoration on Hotel’s harbour-facing exterior wall during December 2024 to February 2025. The full harbour view of our Towers Harbour Suites will be partially affected. The lighting decoration will be turned on from 18:00 – 23:00 daily during the festivals. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Pierside Restaurant is now a Halal Friendly Restaurant serving Halal Menu certified by The Incorporated Trustees of The Islamic Community Fund of Hong Kong.
