The hotel can keep your baggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, the hotel can store your baggage only the check in/out date.
The hotel cannot hold oversize bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing.

In case of sending your bags or mail to the hotel ahead of time via a parcel delivery service, postal mail, and etc.., the shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest and check-in date.
The hotel will hold items for one week before the check-in.
The hotel cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing.
The hotel is not responsible for any shipping fees. Please make a payment in advance. For more information, please contact each hotel.
Breakfast for children costs JPY 800.
Guests arriving after 12:00 AM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

The hotel is not able to make any reservations exclude the room reservations.
