We are pleased to inform you that a new smoking area has been installed on the 2nd floor of our hotel.
Please feel free to use it during your stay.

[About receiving a courier service]
The following information needs to be checked when sending a package to the hotel.

If the name of the person who made the reservation and the name of the person who ordered the parcel do not match, the parcel cannot be received.
Please write the name of the person making the reservation and the name of the person whose baggage is to be delivered in the "Name of person making the reservation" field or in the remarks column.
Please be sure to include information that identifies you, such as [check-in date] and [name of person who made the reservation].
If you send your reservation in the name of your companion, the front desk will not be able to identify which guest made the reservation.

Please specify your luggage to be delivered to the hotel on the day of check-in.

We cannot accept frozen or refrigerated packages. We will not be responsible for any damage to your order as it will be stored at room temperature.

You can use the shuttle service between Tokyo Disney Resort to the hotel.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
