【Work Location】 Some guest rooms on the ocean side (4th–9th floors) and the exterior walls of the banquet hall
【Work Details】 Exterior wall inspection, repair, and painting in accordance with statutory inspection
-During the construction period, scaffolding will be erected and protective sheets will be installed on the ocean-side exterior walls from the 4th to the 9th floor, which may affect the view from guest rooms. In addition, workers may pass outside the windows during working hours.
Some construction noise may occur during the work, but there will be no odor from paint or other materials.
The work schedule and details may change due to circumstances.
