[Notice of change in accommodation tax display]
From October 1st, 2023, prices will be changed from tax-inclusive to accommodation tax-exclusive.
Accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation fee and will be collected at check-in.
Customers who pre-paid will also have to pay the accommodation tax on-site.
There will be no change for customers who have made reservations by September 30th, but if you changed your reservation after October 1st, the accommodation tax will be charged separately.

Notice for Guests Staying Multiple Nights
As part of our efforts to protect the global environment, the property has implemented "Eco Cleaning" for guests staying multiple nights. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Effective from stays starting March 1, 2025, the cleaning policy will be as follows:
Room cleaning will be conducted every 3 nights (between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on the morning after the third night).
Eco Cleaning includes towel replacement, amenity replenishment, and garbage collection (ashtray replacement for smoking rooms).
If you do not require cleaning, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door facing the hallway or inform the front desk. If no sign is displayed, cleaning will be conducted.
For hygiene reasons, cleaning will be conducted once every 5 nights, even if cleaning is not requested.
If you only require replenishment of amenities or towels, please contact the front desk by 11:00 AM. The requested items will be placed in a bag and hung on your door.
Please keep valuables with you or leave them at the front desk.
If you wish to have full cleaning on an Eco Cleaning day, an additional charge of JPY 1,000 (tax included) will apply.
Staff may enter the room for maintenance, legal inspections, or emergencies, even on non-cleaning days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are pleased to announce that we will be revising the prices of our affiliated parking lot, New Weda Parking Lot.
Due to the repeated increases in the cost of raw materials and labor, we have determined that it will be difficult to maintain our existing quality of service through corporate efforts alone.
We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.
