Accommodation Tax
Accommodation tax will be charged separately at the hotel based on the room rate:Per person, per night:Under JPY20,000: JPY200 (including JPY50 prefectural tax)JPY20,000 and above: JPY500 (including JPY50 prefectural tax)
Baby Cribs
Baby cribs are available free of charge but in limited quantity. Please inquire before making a reservation.

Bed-sharing Policy
・Children eligible for bed-sharing must be between 0–5 years old. Children aged 6 and above will be charged the adult rate.
・One child may share a bed per bed (Double: 1 child, Twin: up to 2 children).
*Note: Sofa beds are not eligible for bed-sharing.
*Note: Bed-sharing is not permitted when one adult uses a twin room.

Extra Beds
We do not provide extra beds at our hotel.
Housekeeping for Extended Stays
Full cleaning (including linen change, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning) is provided every 3 days by law.
For cleaning between 10:00AM–3:00PM, please place the “Please clean” magnet outside your door when you leave.
Parking
Guests wishing to use the hotel’s parking must contact us in advance (TEL: 092-733-0130). Please note that availability is limited and may not be guaranteed.
Parking Fee: ¥1,700 per night
As we use mechanical parking, vehicle size restrictions apply: Height: 2.1m / Width: 1.80m / Length: 5.00m
*Boarding or alighting buses or cars is not allowed in front of or near the hotel.

Public Bath & Bathtubs All rooms are equipped with showers only; there are no bathtubs in guest rooms. A public bath is available in the hotel.
The operating hours of the public bath are as follows: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM / 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
[Taxes] In accordance with Fukuoka City ordinance regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately at check-in from April 1, 2020 onward.
Room tax per person per night: JPY200 per person per night.
JPY500 per person per night if the room rate is JPY20,000 or more per night.
In other cities, towns, and villages in Fukuoka Prefecture, JPY200 accommodation tax will be applied regardless of the amount of stay.
