- Anyone aged 6 or over (elementary school age or older) is considered an adult. Please be sure to count them as adults when making a reservation.
- Children under 5 years old (preschool children) will be considered as sharing a bed with their parents and will not be charged the room rate.
- For 2 adults and a 7-year-old child, a reservation for 1 or 2 rooms for 3 people is required (no co-sleeping allowed).

The property is unable to respond to requests for group treatment or room assignments for reservations made by travel agents or land operators for the purpose of resale.

Lounge: Available exclusively for guests staying in the "Premium" category.
Guests staying in the "Superior" or "Superior+" categories cannot access either facility, even with an additional fee.

Children 0-6 years of age stay free when sharing a bed.
Children 7 years of age and above should be booked as adults.
Sharing a bed with children 7 years of age and above violates fire safety regulations. Please revise your reservation to reflect the correct number of guests.
For plans that include breakfast, an additional breakfast fee applies for children 4 years of age and above.

New Chitose Airport (JR Chitose Line) → JR Sapporo Station → (walk) → Sapporo Station (Municipal Namboku Line) → "Susukino" Station (approximately 1 hour).

※ The property is located on the seventh floor of "COCONO SUSUKINO," directly connected to Susukino Station.

2. By Bus
New Chitose Airport → Minami Sanjo Susukino (approximately 1.5 hours).

※ There is no direct limousine bus to the property.

Parking lots are expected to be busy. Please arrive as early as possible. Reservations are not required for any parking lot.

1. COCONO SUSUKINO Parking Lot (Free Entry and Exit)
Fee: JPY 2,000 per night (03:00 PM - 11:00 AM the following day).
Outside the above hours: Additional JPY 300 per 30 minutes.

2. Jumbo 1000
Fee: JPY 1,500 per night (02:00 PM - 11:00 AM the following day).
Outside the above hours:

JPY 300 per 30 minutes (08:00 AM - 01:00 AM).
JPY 100 per hour (01:00 AM - 08:00 AM).

3. Times Station Sapporo Susukino
Fee: JPY 1,600 per night (24 hours from the time of entry)
Other times: An additional JPY 400 fee will be charged for every 60 minutes.
