For guests staying two nights or more, in order to operate an environmentally friendly hotel, cleaning will be performed only if requested during consecutive nights. If cleaning is required, guests are required to put "cleaning request sign" magnet on the door by 09:00 AM. Sheets will not be changed. In addition, from from a hygienic perspective, cleaning including changing sheets every 3 nights will be performed even if there is no "cleaning request sign" posted.
Guests are advised to check-in at the Front Desk. One preschool child may share bed with an adult free of charge per bed. Guests in elementary school or older will be charged as adults. The rooms are busy from 09:30 to 11:30 AM and from 09:00 to 11:00 PM.
Guests are advised to contact property in advance if guest require to send luggage to property prior arrival. Property does not accept cash on delivery or refrigerated delivery.
Guests are required to meet with visitor at the lobby on the first floor. Only the guest staying at the property will be able to utilize the elevators. If property is to find guests allowed visitors or others not mentioned in the reservation to use the room, additional charge may required or property may refuse your future stay.
Guests are required to provide phone number that could be contacted on the day of check-in. This is to confirm arrival time on the day. If the property is unable to confirm, property may cancel the reservation without notice. The room could only be used for the number of occupants mentioned in reservation. If property found there are any additional guest using the room, additional charges may be applied and property may refuse to allow additional guest to use the room depending on availability of the rooms.
The property air conditioning in the guest rooms are switched between cooling and heating depending on the season and temperature. As the rooms are managed centrally, property will be unable to switch the setting for each room however it is possible to adjust the temperature and airflow.
The property check-out time is 10:00 AM, any late check-out request is available for JPY 1, 000 per hour maximum until 01:00 PM. This is depending on availability and the room condition. Guests are required to contact the Front Desk for the request.
