Kanazawa City will change its lodging tax system from October 2024.

・JPY5,000 to less than JPY20,000- Tax amount is JPY200 per person per night
・JPY20,000 or more- Tax amount is JPY 500 per person per night

The room rate is the so-called overnight stay without meals, consumption tax, bath tax, etc., per person per night, plus service charge.

Children under 12 years stay for free when using existing bedding (over 120 centimeters wide) in some room types. Only one child is allowed per one existing bedding.

Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
Parking is available at an additional charge. Guests are required to contact the property after receiving booking confirmation.
Parking lot must be reserved in advance. 1,500 yen per night (tax included)
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

The Meal-inclusive rate does not include meals for children sleeping for free. Additional fees apply for children's meals if adults book a meal-inclusive rate.

Currently, 1 of the 3 elevators in the hotel is out of order due to a malfunction. We have requested repairs, but there is no estimate for when it will be restored to service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our guests and appreciate your understanding.
To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
