【Accommodation Tax】
For reservations made after October 1, 2023, accommodation tax is not included in the accommodation price. Please pay separately at the hotel.

In accordance with the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the following accommodation tax will be collected at the property.
・Accommodation charge of JPY19,999or less: JPY200 per person per night
・Accommodation charge from JPY20,000 to JPY49,999: JPY 500 per person per night
・Accommodation charge from JPY50,000 or more: JPY1,000 per person per night

Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rates for children ages 0-6, and can be requested onsite for child. For further details, please contact the hotel directly.
Children 0-6 years old stay for free if using the existing bed.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to access the indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, wellness club, and gym. It is subject to an additional fee of JPY 1,100 per day. Complimentary use of pool and fitness facilities is available for guests staying on the Granvia floors and in the Suite rooms.
[Temporary Power Outage Due to Electrical Equipment Inspection}
In accordance with legal requirements, we will be conducting electrical equipment inspections on the following dates.
As a result, there will be a temporary power outage affecting the hotel facilities and equipment during the times listed below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Room power outage: Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 1:30 AM to 5:40 AM
● For guests staying on Tuesday, February 3, 2026
Room power outage: Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 1:00 AM to 5:40 AM
● For guests staying on Thursday, February 12, 2026
Room power outage: Wednesday, February 13, 2026, from 1:30 AM to 3:50 AM
Examples of equipment unavailable during the power outage:
TV, refrigerator, lighting, power outlets, internet services (wired and Wi-Fi), toilet flushing, air conditioning, elevators, and all other electrical equipment.
Please note that the outage times may vary slightly depending on the progress of the work.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
