Children Policy
Children 1-5 years old will be charged JPY 2,200 per child per night when using existing bed (meals not included).
Children 1-5 years old will be charged JPY 4,400 per child per night with extra bed included (meals not included).
Children 6-9 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price with extra bed and kid's meals included.
Children 10-12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult price with extra bed and kid's meals included.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.

Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.

According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
