About Accommodation Tax in Osaka Prefecture
An accommodation tax per person per night will be charged separately at the property as follows:

For stays until August 31, 2025

JPY 7,000–14,999: JPY 100
JPY 15,000–19,999: JPY 200
JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 300
For stays from September 1, 2025

JPY 5,000–14,999: JPY 200
JPY 15,000–19,999: JPY 400
JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 500
About Breakfast Charges
Please check the following details before making a reservation:

Breakfast Charges for Adults

For guests staying at the property: JPY 2,200
For non-staying guests: JPY 2,700
Breakfast for children sharing a bed
Breakfast is not included for children sharing a bed.
It can be added on the day of check-in at the following rates:

Children aged 6–12: JPY 1,100
Children aged 3–5: JPY 500
Children aged 0–2: Free

According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
effective from January, 2017
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY10,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
effective from June 1,2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
The accommodation plans on this site are products intended for individual customers.
We do not accept reservations made for the purpose of resale or resale by travel agencies, travel agencies, land operators, etc.
Groups of 10 or more people booked through this site, shortfalls in existing group reservations, or groups deemed by the hotel to be a group may be refused use.
When booking for 10 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
