The Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax will be revised starting Monday, 1st September 2025.
Regardless of the date of the accommodation contract or payment, the revised tax will apply to stays from Monday, 1st September 2025.

Before Revision [Until Sunday, 31st August 2025]
Accommodation Fee (per person, per night):
- JPY 7,000 to 14,999: JPY 100
- JPY 15,000 to 19,999: JPY 200
- JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 300

After Revision [From Monday, 1st September 2025]
Accommodation Fee (per person, per night):
- JPY 5,000 to 14,999: JPY 200
- JPY 15,000 to 19,999: JPY 400
- JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 500

We can accept children up to 12 years old for co-sleeping .

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
We will be expanding our breakfast hours starting Friday, December 01, 2023.
Guests will be switched to the new serving hours from Thursday, November 30, 2023.
The following breakfast hours will be moved up by 30 minutes.

Breakfast hours :
Until November 30, 2023 (Thursday): 07:00AM - 10:30AM (L.O. 10:00AM)
　From December 01, 2023 (Fri.) - Service hours: 06:30AM - 10:30AM (L.O.10:00AM)

Breakfast will be served at the Stargate Restaurant on the 54th floor.
Please note that the restaurant venue is subject to change without notice depending on reservations.
Also, during busy times, we may set a time slot and ask you to choose your breakfast time upon your arrival.
