[Room Cleaning]
Customers staying 6 nights or less:
If you would like the property to clean your room, please notify the front desk by 10:00 AM on the day of your stay. If you do not notify the property, towels will be placed in front of the door every day and you will not be allowed to enter your room.
Guests staying 7 nights or more:
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please notify the front desk by 10:00 AM on the day of your stay. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, the property will still clean your room once a week. Except for cleaning days, towels will be placed in front of the door every day and no one will enter your room.

【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.

Due to the rising cost of purchasing foodstuffs, we regret to inform you that we will be changing the breakfast rate as follows, effective from reservations made on April 26, 2022 (Tuesday). We would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Guests (13 years old and over): 1,500JPY Children (6-12 years old): 800JPY Children under 5 years old: free
Non-guests (13 years old and up): 1,800JPY Children (4-12 years old): 900JPY Free for 3 years old and under

All prices include tax.
