【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:
According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from June 1, 2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
For guests staying in the property, there is a fee of JPY 6,600 per person to use the fitness club and a fee of JPY 3,300 to use the swimming pool.
If guests have smoking room or non smoking room request, please kindly inform the hotel directly in advance.
In case guests book several rooms, please provide a representative guest name for each room via the Special Request section upon booking.
Directly connected to the hotel, a shuttle bus runs from Keihan Railway "Nakanoshima Station" to the Osaka Expo venue (West Gate). (Paid service / reservation required)
Royal Swimming Club is for hotel guests only (surcharge).
The fitness center and the indoor swimming pool are closed on some days.
