【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

Children can stay for free sharing their parents' bed but breakfast will not be included.
All children over the age of 6 are counted as adults, and beds are prepared according to adults. Children under age of 5 can sleep together.
Extra beds cannot be added.

Advance payment reservations are not compatible with Japan's domestic invoice system (eligible invoices/receipts).
If you make a reservation with advance payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt at the hotel.
