【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Children aged 5 and under can stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.Guests aged over 6 are considered adults.

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Candeo Hotels Osaka The Tower. Please be informed that a scheduled power outage will take place due to a mandatory legal inspection of the hotel’s electrical systems as outlined below. Further details regarding the timing will be updated as they become available.

Date: Monday, January 12, 2026 (National Holiday)
Time: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (tentative)
Affected Area: Entire building (including parking facilities)

Important Notes: Please note that we will not be able to store luggage on the day of the outage. Check-out time on the day will be 10:00 AM. Note: CLUB CANDEO members typically enjoy a noon check-out benefit, but this benefit will be temporarily suspended on that day. The hotel will close gradually starting at 10:00 AM on the day. Breakfast on January 12,2026 will be served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM (last entry at 9:00 AM). Please note that breakfast will not be available on January 13,2026.
The C’s Sky Dining will be closed for both lunch and dinner on January 12,2026. Service will resume on January 13,2026. The C’s Sky Café & Bar will also be closed on January 12,2026 and will reopen at 3:00 PM on January 13,2026. During the outage, hotel phones will be unavailable. For cancellations or other inquiries, please contact us outside of the outage hours. Please note that the power outage schedule may shift depending on the progress of the inspection.
