[Eco Cleaning Policy]
As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, for guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be limited to "eco-cleaning" (replacement of towels and bath mats, and trash disposal only).
However, based on health department guidance, full cleaning will be conducted once every four days for hygiene purposes.
■ Towel sets (bath and face towels / 1 set per night) are provided free of charge.
■ If you wish to request additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 11:00 PM the day before.
Full cleaning includes room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed-making, and sheet replacement.
Additional full cleaning fee: 800 yen per session, payable on-site.

■ All rooms in our facility are non-smoking. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for "smoking" rooms made at the time of reservation.
[Pet Policy]
■ Our hotel does not allow pets of any kind or size. Bringing pets into the premises (including inside vehicles) is also prohibited.
The hotel does not have 24-hour front desk service, and the front desk service closes at 10 p.m
