Terms of Service:

-Only one pet per room is allowed, and pets are not allowed in on-site facilities.
-Please be sure to use a pet cart or carrier case when moving your pet outside of your guest room.
-Guests may not leave their pets in the guest room while they are away.
(We have started renting cages to customers using the on-site restaurant and spa. There is a limit to the number of cages available.)
-All property damage and/or injuries caused by your dog are the responsibility of the owner.

Dog's name, breed, age, weight, and a copy of vaccination certificate (rabies, combined vaccination) to be sent in advance.
About smoking: Smoking is strictly not allowed in the property. If you smoke, you will be charged a penalty of JPY 100,000(tax included).
