Child Policy
For all room types except Small Single and Small Doubled Bed rooms, children 0-6 years old stay for free when using existing bedding.

Health Club “The East”.
Training wear, shoes, swimwear, and towel are available for free for the members.
Only guests over 18 years old are allowed to use the health club.
Fee applies per person per entry when using the health club.
The health club is closed on the last day of every month, except for December, or the day before the last day of the month if the day is weekend or public holiday.
One Time Price for Guests who stay at property per person
All facilities are available for use including athletic gyms, indoor pool, sauna and bath for JPY 4,400.
Breakfast is available at an additional charge per person.
Children aged 0-16 can use the night pool (from 5 pm to 9 pm).
Children aged 0-3 are not allowed to use the garden pool.
Currently, we only provide a shuttle bus from Haneda Airport. (Please refer to the official website for the timetable and fees.)
Each plan offers different check in/out time.For the guests made booking with "Check-in After 09:00 PM, Check-out Before 09:00 AM" plan, no exception is allowed.
Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking around non smoking rooms and public area. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area on the second floor.
Meals for children bed-sharing (aged 6 and under) are not included in the accommodation fee.
Some guestrooms at this property allow smoking. Smoking rooms are usually allocated at a lower floor with no attractive view.
Smoking rooms and Non smoking rooms are located at different floors.
The garden pool is chargeable even for hotel guests.
The property cannot assign 2 rooms next to each other when guests book over 2 rooms at once.
There is an additional breakfast charge for children.
Regarding the use of the health club, only guests aged 18 and above are allowed to use it for an additional fee.
