For stays of consecutive nights, 'simple cleaning' will be taken upon request.
If you wish to have this service, please leave a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
Simple cleaning includes the collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and rubbish in the rubbish bin.
For stays of seven nights or more, in addition to the above simple cleaning, a 'room cleaning' is carried out once a week.
This includes making the bed, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing the room equipment, cleaning the room and collecting rubbish from the bins.
*Additional room cleaning is available for an extra charge.

Notice Concerning Non-Smoking Guestrooms
Thank you for your continued patronage of Tokyu Stay Monzen-Nakacho.
In order to prevent passive smoking and to make your stay more comfortable, we have decided to make all guest rooms non-smoking as of 16th of September, 2023.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and cooperation in using cigarettes, including heated cigarettes, in designated areas.

Please kindly note that the check-out time is at 11:00AM. Late check-out after this time will be charged at additional cost as below.
Between 11:00 - 1:00PM - additional 50% of the room rate
After 1:00PM - additional 100% of the room rate
If you wish to have late check-out, please contact the reception upon check-in.
Please note that guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
Please note that the hotel does not provide extra bed or baby cot in any room.

Notice of partial change in breakfast contents
Thank you for always using Tokyu Stay. We have decided to make some changes to the breakfast menu starting December 1st.
The Japanese cuisine will be reborn in a new way, with the same style of Japanese and Western selection, which you can enjoy in the comfort of your own room or warmed up in the microwave.
Details will be announced at a later date in the "Notice" or "Plan Details" section. We thank our customers for their understanding.
