The air conditioner at this property is centrally managed throughout the whole building. It is not possible to adjust the temperature for each room and switching the cooling/heating settings. Cooling is planned from April and heating from late October.

In accordance with the laws and regulations, we will conduct a power outage of the entire building on the following date.
Date and time: Tuesday, October 26, 2021, from 11:30AM. to 01:30PM (Work time may vary)
During the blackout, lighting, air conditioning, refrigerators, and all other electrical equipment and appliances in common areas and guest rooms will be turned off.
The elevators in the building will also be shut down. Please use the emergency stairs when moving around the building.
