For reservations of “10 or more rooms per day” or “5 or more rooms per day and 15 or more nights in total,” the following group cancellation policy will apply.14 days before: 20%, 7 days before: 50%, one day before: 100%. For group guests, the hotel will contact you separately after confirming your reservation.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
We will be conducting a fire equipment inspection of the common areas and all rooms on the following dates.
Dates: Monday, April 28 and Tuesday, April 29, 2025 Time: 9:00 - 17:00 *For inspection of sprinklers, detectors, etc., workers will enter rooms for about 5 minutes.　 Broadcasting equipment inspection will also be conducted during the above schedule.Please be advised that a test broadcast will be played in the common areas of the hotel and in all guest rooms.
