Please include them in the number of adults when searching and entering. ・Children aged 5 and under can stay for free, but they will be treated as sleeping with their parents and no additional bedding will be provided. *Please note that regardless of the plan, meals are not included for children sleeping in the same bed as their parents.
Guests under the age of 13 years are not allowed to use Executive Lounge. Use of the fitness club (including the pool) is limited to customers aged 18 and over.
The property will collect the Tokyo accommodation fee upon arrival.
JPY 100 per person per night for whose booking value is JPY 10,000-14,999.
JPY 200 per person per night for whose booking value is more than JPY 15,000.
Due to scheduled electrical equipment inspections, there will be power outages and changes to operating hours on the following dates:

First Outage: January 7, 2026 (Wednesday) 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
All Guest Rooms: During this time, lighting, air conditioning, refrigerators, and other electrical devices in all guest rooms will be unavailable. (Telephones will remain operational.)
Executive Lounge (35th Floor): Check-in will be available from 3:30 PM onwards.
Towers Restaurant "Coucagno": Closed all day.
Elevators: Only 3 out of 6 elevators will be in operation.
Second Outage: January 18, 2026 (Sunday) 11:00 PM – January 19, 2026 (Monday) 6:30 AM
Guest Rooms: There will be two brief power outages, each lasting about 10 minutes, around midnight (12:00 AM) and again around 6:00 AM. During these times, please unplug computers and electronic devices from the room outlets to prevent malfunction. (Refrigerators will remain operational.)
Room Service: Operating hours will change. Service will be suspended from 11:00 PM on January 18 to 7:00 AM on January 19.
Restaurants: Operating hours may change. Please check the hotel’s official website for the latest information.

Due to maintenance work being carried out at the pool area of the fitness club, there will be changes to our business hours as follows.

Changes: The pool and jet bath will be closed.

Executive Lounge Temporary Closure for Carpet Cleaning The Executive Lounge will be closed for carpet cleaning on the following date: Date and Time: Tuesday, January 27, 2026, 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM Check-in and check-out services will be available at the Lobby Floor Front Desk. During the above time, please use the Cerulean Lounge located on the lobby level.
