We can accommodate dogs with a generally weight limit of 7 kg or less.
When staying with your dog, please be sure to reserve a room type labeled as "Dog Friendly." The price includes one dog per room. An additional charge of 5,000 yen (including tax) per night will be applied for each additional dog. (A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed.)
Do not leave your dog alone in the guest room.
In case your dog is involved in any accidents or injuries, the facility cannot take any responsibility.
Please understand that the facility cannot be held responsible for any troubles or issues that may occur.
Use a leash when moving around in the lobby. Also, please be considerate when other guests are present.
Only dogs that are well-trained, have proper toilet habits, and have received rabies vaccination and a combination of 5 or more vaccines within the past year will be allowed.
If your dog is not vaccinated due to special circumstances, please inform the front desk staff and use a cage or cart for movement in shared areas.
About cleaning for consecutive nights
In consideration of the environment, the property do not clean the rooms or make the beds every day for consecutive nights.
The property will clean guest room every three days during your stay.
However, the property will change towels and collect trash from the trash can every day.
If guest wish to have your room cleaned separately, please attach a cleaning card to the outside of your room door.
There is no extra charge for this service.
