・For customers staying 6 nights, we will exchange towels and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning.
・For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the corridor side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
Additional room cleaning fee is JPY 1500(including tax).
Please kindly note that the check-out time is at 11:00AM. Late check-out after this time will be charged at additional cost as below.
Between 11:00 - 1:00PM - additional 50% of the room rate
After 1:00PM - additional 100% of the room rate
