Fitness Center and Swiming Pool Information
There is an additional charge for guests who use the hotel fitness center and the swimming pool. Besides, children below the age of 15 are not allowed to use these facilities. The fitness center and the swimming pool are closed on 5th and the 20th of every month.
For guests who reserved a room with breakfast, children under 4 years old will receive breakfast free of charge. There is an additional breakfast charge for children 4-5 years old.
Guests booking rooms with breakfast are not allowed to cancel breakfast and no refund will be provided.
Guests who require a smoking room must contact the property prior to arrival. This request can be made using the Special Requests box. Please note that this request can not be guaranteed.
Maximum children allowed per bed is 1.

An additional room is required when the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of a room.
Parking is available at an additional charge. Guests are required to put a request in the “Special Request” section upon booking or contact the property directly.
Since the property is located in Tokyo, accommodation tax will be collected at the property.
Non Accommodation tax is charged at the property per person per night for room rates under JPY 10,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates between JPY 10,000 (Including JPY 10,000) and JPY 15,000. (Not including JPY 15,000)

Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 15,000 and over.
When booking 2 or more rooms, please fill out the Special Request with the names of guests for each room.
The TV, radio, internet (Lan and Wi-Fi), air conditioner, refrigerator, electric outlets from 5th floor to 24th floor will be down due to electrical inspection on March 9, 2020 from 01:00 AM to 04:00 AM.
