Early check-in between 06:00 AM and 09:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of MYR 20.
Early check-in between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of MYR 10.
Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of MYR 5.
Guests may travel between the airport and the property by bus effective from March 1, 2020. Ticket purchase can be made at any ticket counter located at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA 2) and Awana Sky Central. Please contact the property directly for more information.

Below is the bus schedule between the airport and the property:
KLIA to Awana Sky Central - 11.35 AM, 01:30 PM, 04:30 PM and 06:30 PM
KLIA 2 to Awana Sky Central - 12:00 PM, 01:45 PM, 04:45 PM and 06:45 PM
Awana Sky Central to KLIA / KLIA 2 - 09:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 02:00 PM and 04:00 PM

Surcharges will applied on early check-in as below:
06:00 AM - 09:00 AM = RM 20
09:00 AM - 12:00 PM = RM 10
12:00 PM - 03:00 PM = RM 5
Parking is available and will be charged on site.
Weekdays parking fee from MYR 2 per hour (maximum MYR 12 per day).
Weekend and public holiday parking fee from MYR 3 per hour (maximum MYR 18 per day).
The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.
The property does not accept third party's credit and debit card.


Effective 01.03.2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Bermula 01.03.2022, Caj Kelestarian sebanyak RM3/bilik/hari akan dikenakan berdasarkan peruntukan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan Hotel (Pahang) 2021. Caj ini akan dikutip semasa daftar masuk.
