From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
The reception operates from 8:00 to 21:00 PM on weekdays (Sunday - Thursday) and 8:00 to 22:00 on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Public & School Holidays). On weekdays, the resort's main entrance gate will be closed at 23:00 and reopened at 07:00. Please be advised that assisted check-in will not be available after 22:00. A self-check in procedure will be arranged for any arrival after 22:00. Kindly contact the resort for arrival after 22:00.
Please note that phone access in guest rooms are not available as the property is not within the radius of main communication infrastructure. Depending on your mobile carrier, mobile network service may not be available on the property.
Please note that the property does not have any credit card facility. All transactions and payments are by cash, bank transfer or QR Pay only.
The resort's main entrance gate will be closed daily from 12:30 to 14:45 for housekeeping and general cleaning services.
Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs will incur an extra charge and are subject to availability.
Please note that the resort does not sell any alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. All alcoholic beverages and non-halal food are strictly prohibited from entering the premises.
Camping, fishing, cooking, cooking appliances & wire extensions are strictly not allowed in all guestrooms and property's compound.

Main entrance gate at the resort will be close at 11:00 PM and opens at 07:00 AM. If you wish to check-out before 08:00 AM or check-in late after 11:00 PM, please advise the property in advance.
Please note that children under the age of 12 may be accompanied in the Deluxe Lake View Room, Cempaka Sari Suite, Lavender Room or Garden Villa, which can accommodate up to 2 Adults & 2 Children.
The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of room booked. Please contact the property for more information.
Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.
