Animals of any kind are strictly not permitted in the hotel premises. This includes, but is not limited to, pets, emotional support animals, assistance animals, and service animals.
NO PARTY POLICY: To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, Goodwood Park Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Kindly note that the number of persons allowed in the room (including registered guests and/or registered visitors) at any one time is only up to the maximum occupancy of the room. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
NO SMOKING POLICY: Kindly note that the Hotel prohibits smoking or vaping on the property premises, including guest rooms, restaurants and event spaces, except for designated smoking areas. Should there be signs of smoking or vaping inside the guest rooms(s), the Hotel reserves the right to charge the room guest(s) for the cleaning fees.
REGISTRATION OF GUESTS AND/OR VISITORS: Please be informed that the property will impose a penalty fee of SGD 2,000 if the room guests exceed the permitted number at any time and if any of the room guests are not registered with the Front Desk.
In line with our commitment to enhance facilities and improve your stay experience, there will be on-going refurbishment works at the hotel’s Mayfair wing from 25 August 2025 to 25 January 2026. While we strive to minimise disturbances during this period, please note that you may experience occasional noise. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Parklane Split Level Studio is housed in a separate building next to the hotel (3 mins walk from the main hotel).
Please note that Heritage Rooms, Deluxe Premier Hollywood Twin Rooms, and Deluxe Premier King Rooms do not come with balcony/terrace.
