[2025 Hotel Policy]
There are changes in hotel policy and facilities for better service in 2025.

Starting from 2025, Grand Josun Jeju will start separate operations of the Main Building/Hill Suite Building.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Cancellations after 18:00, 6days prior to check-in~No-show will incur a penalty.
Changes and cancelations can be made withour penalty until 18:00, 7days before check-in.
Grand Josun Jeju is non-smoking in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and restaurants
As part of the eco-friendly policy, there are no disposable toothbrush sets and razors in the room.

For the facilities such as swimming pools, saunas and kids clubs are available from 12 p.m. on the day of check-in until 15 p.m. on the day of check-out.
