Additional fee will be required (KRW 33,000 per adult, KRW 16,500 per children age from 3 to 7 years old and there will be no charge for children below 3 years old.)

Parking (A mechanical parking facility) •
Parking fee: 10,000 won per night / 1 car parking per room
- Non-standard vehicles are not allowed in mechanical parking lots, so park them in outdoor parking lots.
- Hotel is not responsible for wheel damage caused by non-standard vehicles entering the mechanical parking lot.
- If the hotel parking lot is full, use an external paid parking lot (paid by the customer)

Festiva Restaurant(21F) will be closed for lunch and dinner from 21 June 2025 for hotel renovation. We hope for your kind understanding.



Starting from August 14, 2025, breakfast will be served at Café Stella.

Please kindly note the below policies;
1. Hotel requires valid photo ID and valid credit card of the guest. If not provided, you may be rejected to check-in.
2. If you opted pay at hotel option, if the guest's ID and the name on the credit card shall be identical; if not, upon review, you may not be permitted to check-in.
3. Due to national environmental policy, hotel cannot provide free disposable amenities for guests. Re-usable shampoo, conditioner, shower gell, handwash and body lotion is provided as basic amenity. Other amenities can be purchased at the front desk.
4. All rooms are non-smoking room.

Only the Junior Suite Family Twin Room can accommodate up to 3 guests. An additional charge of KRW 16,500 applies for children aged 4–6 (preschoolers), and KRW 33,000 for guests aged 7 and above (adults).

Please note that the Festiva Restaurant (21st floor) will be closed for lunch and dinner service from June 21, 2025, due to property renovations. We appreciate your understanding.
