Douglas House will implement a non-face-to-face check-in (mobile check-in only) service from May 31, 2022. Please be sure to provide your mobile phone number when making a reservation, and check the mobile check-in instructions below.

If you have not received the mobile advance check-in notice by the afternoon of the day before your stay, please contact the hotel. (For overseas residents where mobile check-in is not possible, please check-in at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul front desk.)

[Mobile Check-in Guide]
-Check the text message for mobile check-in prior registration at 10:00 am a day before your stay
-Enter your last name in English and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number and proceed with check-in in advance
-Complete pre-check-in by filling out e-registration card and proceeding with payment and entering guarantee card
-QR code is issued by the hotel after 3pm (Check-in) on the day of stay
-Scan the QR code at the mobile check-in kiosk in the Douglas House lobby to receive your room key

Breakfast is served in the Douglas Lounge as a light breakfast.
Club Lounge benefits and Breakfast can be served a la carte according to the government policy.
In accordance with government social distancing policy level 4, the maximum occupancy for all rooms is limited to 2 people. (exception for immediate family.)
Indoor swimming pool information
The indoor pool user capacity is limited to 60 people maximum at the same time.
The indoor pool access is available once per stay and no locker included.
Guests are required to wear a face mask when using the indoor swimming pool.
Outdoor swimming pool is only available for customers who booked package plans.
The property's indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna are closed every 3rd Tuesday of the month for maintenance.
