Shilla Seoul Children's Policy
- Free stay for infants 0-3 years old
- Additional costs are incurred for children aged 4 to 12 (Room only KRW 36,300, Parkview breakfast included KRW 74,300)
- Those over the age of 13 are considered adults and incur additional costs (Room-only General Room KRW 60,500, Room-only General Room KRW 242,000 including Lounge, Park View Breakfast KRW 120,500)
※ An additional fee will be incurred for children over 37 months to 12 years of age.
※ Extra beds are not required for use and may not be in stock depending on the situation on the site.
※ There is an additional fee for using the facility.

1) Indoor sauna: KRW 45,000 (per person)
2) Outdoor swimming pool (Urban Island)
- There are no advance reservations for entry, except for package customers with outdoor swimming pools. Admission varies by season and may be restricted if the quota is exceeded.


[Hotel Information]

※ A deposit is required by credit card, debit card, or cash at check-in in case of incidental expenses.
※ Smoking in a room is not allowed. All rooms are non-smoking.
※ Only guests aged 19 and older can check in. Guests aged 18 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
※ Online, automatic, or self-check-in is not available.

[Notice Regarding the Provision of Free Disposable Products in the Rooms]

※ In compliance with the Resource Saving and Recycling Promotion Act by the Government, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not complimentary.
※ If required, the amenity kits placed in the room are available for a fee. Guests are encouraged to bring their own toiletries.

[Use of Hotel Facilities]

The hotel is doubling efforts to ensure the safety and hygiene of all facilities, including regular disinfection, sterilization, and provision of enhanced hygiene control and hygiene supplies to the staff.


1. The Executive Lounge

※ The Executive Lounge benefits apply only to reservations that include access to The Executive Lounge.
- Guests under the age of 13 cannot access The Executive Lounge. (This is a repeat of another rule down below. I suggest to delete this completely.
- Complimentary breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekends and holidays.
- Afternoon tea is available from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Happy hour is available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- The meeting room in The Executive Lounge may be used free of charge for only one hour per stay (advance reservation is required).
※ The guest-only Executive Lounge is open to guests aged 13 and older only.
(Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 12:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekends and public holidays only if accompanied by an adult guardian.)
※ If a private event is scheduled, admission may be limited.
※ Only alcoholic beverages, cheese, and desserts are available after 9:00 PM.
※ Beverages cannot be taken out of The Executive Lounge.
- Executive Lounge guests can invite non-resident guests on weekdays for an extra charge (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

2. The Parkview Restaurant

- The Parkview opens from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The Parkview breakfast is available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Prices: Adult 86,000 KRW / Child 43,000 KRW (* Child : 37 months to 12 years old / Adult rates apply from 13 years old and older.)


3. Fitness Center

* Guests can use the fitness center and indoor swimming pool for free.
- The fitness center, indoor sauna, and indoor swimming pool are closed on the third Wednesday of every month.
- Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed to access the fitness center and guests under the age of 13 are not allowed to access the indoor sauna.
- Guests will be charged an extra fee for using the sauna (except for guests staying in executive rooms and suites).
- For safety reasons, indoor swimming pools are only open to guests 13 years old and older.
(However, on weekends and holidays, customers under the age of 13 can enter under the protection of an adult guardian, and customers under 140 cm in height can enter when wearing a life jacket and under the protection of an adult guardian.)
- If the pools are already at capacity, you may have to wait.
- The indoor swimming pool and Urban Island are operated separately.
- Swimsuits (10,000 KRW) and sneakers (5,000 KRW) can be rented at the fitness center reception desk.
- Diving is prohibited in the swimming pool.


4. Urban Island

※ Urban Island (outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve a package that includes outdoor pool access.
- In addition to packages that include outdoor pool access benefits, there will be an additional admission fee.
- Guests must follow the instructions from the lifeguard when using all facilities such as the adult pool, kids’ pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under 140 cm in height are only permitted to use the adult swimming pool when wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- 2 sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are reserved for customers as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 3 must wear waterproof diapers in the pool.
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of guests has been reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.

[Extra Beds]

* Extra beds may be added for a fee when checking in and is subject to availability.
- Extra Bed Fee : KRW 66,000 per day

[Transportation]

- Guests can take the 6702 KAL bus from Incheon International Airport and get off at Jangchung Gymnasium Station.
- It takes approximately 2 hours from the airport to the hotel, and 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop.
- A shuttle pick-up service is available from the hotel parking lot to the lobby.
