Notice Regarding Sauna Maintenance Work
- Renovation Period: August 18, 2025 (Monday) to August 22, 2025 (Friday) / 5 days total.
Details: The sauna will be temporarily closed during this period. The swimming pool and fitness center will remain open as usual. Alternative options for guests with sauna benefits included in their room package: Complimentary access to the saunas at Lotte Hotel or The Plaza Hotel will be provided.
- Guests without sauna benefits included: You may use the partner hotel facilities at the following rates: Lotte Hotel sauna - KRW 44,000 The Plaza Hotel sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool - KRW 33,000
Sauna
- Operating Hours: 06:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
- Available for guests age 16 and up.
- Body care service: Full body care and scrub (paid).
- Free access for executive deluxe and suite guests.
- Amenities: steam and dry sauna, cold, warm and hot tub, shower room, powder room, locker room, lounge, full body care and scrub service for men and women.
- For deluxe guests, additional charge of 40,000 won per guest shall apply.
- Closed on the first Monday of every month. Limited once a day during weekends and holidays.

For Aria breakfast, please note that there may be a long waiting time on weekends and public holidays, and the dining time is limited to 1 hour after being seated.
The indoor swimming pool and sauna are closed on the first Monday of every month, and both the indoor swimming pool and Westin Club (cocktail hour) operate on a reservation basis for your convenience.
Additionally, if extra guests in Executive and Suite rooms wish to use the Club Lounge, an additional fee will be charged on site.

Fitness Center
- Operating Hours: Open 24 hours.
- Available for guests age 16 and up.
- Must wear indoor sneakers.
- Amenities: free weight zone, weight machine, treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, elliptical, technogym vario, stepper, stretching device, earphone rental.
If you would like to use the Gym after 10:00PM, please request in advance for staff assistance. Use of showers and rental items is restricted.
Swimming Pool
- Operating Hours: 06:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
- Features : Lifeguards, warm water swimming pool, swimming cap, life jacket, arm tube, helper, kickboard rental.
- Available only with prior notice/reservation.
Swimming Pool Usage Guidelines
- Restrictions on the use of swimming pools and locker rooms during the intermission and water maintenance period.
- Use of the lap lane (Operated as a 'swimming only' lane for guests over the age of 16).
- Children under 36 months old can only use the Jacuzzi (main pool not available).
- Restricted items: Water play equipment such as donut-type tubes, snorkeling equipment, etc.
