- Guest can register 1 vehicle per room for a free parking. (self parking)

- Fairmont Fit (fitness), Swimming Pool and Sauna will be closed every third Tuesday.
In March and September, we’re exceptionally closed on March 15th and September 24th.
The regular closing days for 2024 are as follows.
January 16th, February 20th, March 15th, April 16th, May 21st, June 18th, July 16th, August 20th, September 24th, October 15th, November 19th, December 17th

- Guests may use the swimming pool for one session per night of stay.

- For safety reasons, children over 5 years old can enter the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult guardian. (Children under 5 are not admitted)

- The fitness and sauna are only available to adults 19 years of age and older.

- Breakfast is provided only for reservation that include breakfast, and the venue of breakfast vary depending on promotion or room type. (Spectrum Buffet or Fairmont Gold Lounge)

- Fairmont Gold Lounge is only available to guests with lounge benefits.

- Guests booked a Fairmont Gold Room or Suite will be offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour in Fairmont Gold Lounge.
The happy hour at Fairmont Gold Lounge is only available to 12 years of age and older.

- For guests who have booked the rate plan including breakfast or access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge, breakfast or Fairmont Gold Lounge access is provided for up to two adults.
An additional fee will be charged for a third adult and children under 12 at check-in.
