A child up to 12 years old can stay for free (existing bedding) when sharing a room with paying adult on a room-only rate. Children under 5 years old enjoy a complimentary breakfast, 6-12 incur an extra charge for breakfast. Guests from 13 years old are considered as adults.
Guests are required to wear proper swimwear to access the swimming pool.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian aged over 18 years.
If guests book a breakfast-included rate, the hotel will provide breakfast only for the number of adults. An additional charge will apply for any extra children staying with an extra or existing bed who wish to have breakfast.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
Starting October 1st, 2024, hotel will no longer proactively provide single-use amenities in our guest rooms.

The designated parking location is the underground parking lot of Shin Kong Xinyi Financial Building (No. 36 Songren Road). Each room is limited to one small vehicle, and the parking period is from 15:00 on the day of check-in to 12:00 noon the next day. Please inform the front desk of your car number when checking in for entry and exit verification. Reservations and holding of parking spaces in advance are not possible. If guests require additional parking and need to park in the underground parking lot of Breeze Songgao Department Store, an additional parking fee of NT$1,200 per room per night will be charged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
