Pimalai Resort and Spa is enhancing his facilities for the comfort and safety of our guests and will add an underground tunnel near our main entrance to connect our resort estate with our hillside estate. The project is anticipated to start in mid-May 2024 and is estimated to be completed by end of September 2024.During the initial phase, some construction noise will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and we ask for your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.Our spa will be temporary relocated and any room that is within 50-meter radius of the work site will not be in operation.Pimalai Resort and Spa continually strives to be the best resort on Koh Lanta and we appreciate your continued support during this time of renovation.
Please note that the resort is able to rent the public ferries even after the normal ferry operating times for late arriving guests.

Please note that during daytime, and on rare occasions, the resort may have to cancel the boat trip at any time if it is determined that there are adverse weather or sea conditions. The resort will then use the two public ferries to transfer guests to the resort; the transfer may then take a 30 minutes additional travel time.

For safety reasons the resort is not able to operate the resort boat transportation during darkness - mainly from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am.
The property provides shuttle service to the airport and on Koh Lanta (Yai) island. Kindly contact the property for more details. The service is only provided on the check-in and check-out dates.

Departing from Pimalai to the resort’s jetty on the mainland
06:30 AM, 08:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 02:00 PM, 04:00 PM

For room type Deluxe / BayFront/ Pavilion Suite one & 2 bedrooms breakfast buffet is offered at no additional charge for guests at the Spice’N Rice restaurant located at the lower part of the resort. For room type Beachside Villas one, two & three bedrooms & Hillside Villas one, two & three bedrooms breakfast buffet is offered at no additional charge for guests at he Seven Seas restaurant located at the upper part of the resort, on the hillside, also included Airport transfer and Wi-Fi/Internet access.

Caution concerning booking in the Hillside Pool Villas & Beach villas:

The Pool Villa are situated 60 meters above sea level in a serene rainforest and offers unrivalled ocean views & magnificent sunsets. The Hillside Pool Villas have all steep drop-off from the terraces and infinity pool, so parents with young children who wish to book such Villas should be aware that they will have to be especially vigilant in safeguarding their young ones & toddlers from these potential dangers. The Beach Villas have also a swimming pool with an infinity edge with a 4/5 meters drop off at the end. The pool is not fenced in either the Hillside or the Beach villas. None of the bedrooms in the Hillside or Beach Villas are inter-connected.
