To reach the property, a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged. All boat schedules will need to be reserved at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date due to space limitation otherwise there will no seat available. Kindly contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival date for more details of boat schedule and for transfer arrangement.

The property pier is Nong Nuch pier. Additional charge for join-in speedboat transfer is THB 900 net per person per way. Advance booking for join-in speedboat transfer is required due to the limitation of speedboat capacity.

A join-in speedboat transfer service is available at an additional charge of THB 900 per person way. The fee is payable directly at the property. Please inform the property of your arrival details upon completing the booking.
All beaches around Rayavadee are public and throughout the year there are visitors to the beaches around the resort between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM.
From October 4, 2025 to October 12, 2025 (inclusive), the Raitalay Terrace restaurant will be closed for renovations. The restaurant is undergoing repairs to its front roof and deck.
Rates on December 31 include a compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner for two people in one bedroom Pavilions and for four people in two bedroom Pavilions and two bedroom Villas. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel.
The Grotto restaurant will be closed due to roof and restroom renovation from September 22, 2025, to October 2, 2025.
The property operates a fixed join-in speedboat transfer schedule at the resort's pier. The cost for join-in speedboat transfer is at THB 900 per person per way. The fee is payable directly at the property. Speedboat transfers apart from the resort's fixed schedule will be charged as private transfers.
