The minimum age required to stay at this property is 12 years.
There will be a construction of a low-rise condominium-residence project next to a side of the resort.
Proper protections of noise and dust from a 6-metres high fence with full time water spray in between the resort and the construction site will be in place. Works will take place only during the daytime after 8a.m. - 5p.m. on Saturday from 8a.m. - 4p.m. No work on Sunday and public holidays i.e. Thai New Year, and other 15 National Holidays.
We value our guests’ Holiday Time and anticipate the following:
-Now – 31.10.2025 Minor noise (level 2) from low-rise building works. Noise level 3-4 may take place randomly. Guests will be protected from the affected zone if it happens.
-No disturbance or noise level 1 and random level 2 from 31.10.2025
Remarks: Scale of noise from 0-5 for reference. We respect different levels of tolerance of each individual

Some useful information:
-Let’s Sea Hua Hin’s Beach Restaurant: Full-Service Gourmet experience remains unaffected till 10a.m. (breakfast continues till 11a.m.)//Dinner as usual from 6p.m.// Lunch, afternoon tea, and beach service will be less or no effect from January 2025.
-Gift Shop and Fitness Studio: expected not much effect from January 2025
-Swimming Pool Bar: expected not much effect from January 2025; pool service will focus on serving at the other wing away from the nearby building.
-Accommodation: we plan to limit the number of occupancy and assign the occupied rooms for reasonably less affected.
-Gaia Spa service will start at noon till late: Guests will have good spa experience during their lunch hour break and from 6p.m. till late. A 50% spa discount will be offered for treatments during 12noon till 5p.m.
