Complimentary shuttle bus service is available to and from the Clock Tower and Top Seacret. The schedule is as follows:
- The Sea-Cret Garden Hua-Hin Hotel to the Clock Tower or Top Seacret : 11:00 AM, 03:00 PM, 07:00 PM.
- The Clock Tower or Top Seacret to The Sea-Cret Garden Hua-Hin Hotel: 12:00 PM, 04:00 PM, 09:00 PM.
- Please make reservation 1 hour before leaving time at lobby
Cooking is not allowed at this property.
Extra bed is a mattress and is subject to availability.
For Villa room type, a cash security deposit of THB 2000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Pet Accommodation Fees:
1.A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
2.Pets weighing up to 10 kg: THB 500 per pet per night.
3.Pets weighing over 10 kg: THB 800 per pet per night.

Pet Policy for Room type Deluxe Pool Access and 2Bedroom villa with Private Pool
The Secret Garden Hua Hin Hotel is pleased to welcome you and your pets to stay in our Deluxe Pool Access and Private Pool Villa rooms. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain a pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:
1.Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the guest room. Please clean up after your pet every time they leave the room. If your pet defecates, kindly collect the waste in a plastic bag and tie it securely to prevent unpleasant odors.
2.Pets are strictly prohibited from using the bathtub.
3.Our housekeeping staff will not enter the room for cleaning while pets are present under any circumstances.
4.Pets are not allowed in any of the hotel’s swimming pools.
5.Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, lobby, or air-conditioned area of Chapter 2 Café.
6.Please bring your own pet supplies, such as cages, leashes, food bowls, pet food, and bedding, as the hotel does not provide these items. Should you forget to bring any essential items, please contact our front desk – we may have limited supplies available for purchase.
7.Do not use hotel utensils or containers to feed or give water to your pets.
8.Do not allow pets to use hotel linens, bedding, or other in-room items.
9.Pets are not allowed on the bed under any circumstances.
10.Please maintain cleanliness in the room and with all equipment provided.
11.Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not make loud noises or disturb other guests during their stay or while walking around the premises.
12.The hotel’s garden area is an open space where other animals may be present. Guests are advised to supervise their pets closely to prevent loss, injury, or any unfortunate incidents.
13.The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss or harm to your pet during your stay.
