Need-to-know information for guests at this property A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Guests booking promotion Free Hotel Credit will receive a room with daily breakfast and a 1,000 THB/room/night Hotel Credit, which can only be applied to dining and spa services during the current stay and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Children 0-1 years old is non-additional charge.
Children 2-11 years old will be charged THB 450 per child per night with breakfast.
Children 12 years old and over must use an adult extra bed.
Children 12 years old and over will be charged THB 2,000 THB per person per night with breakfast.

When you go to check in, the room damage deposit will be collected. You can choose to pay in 2 ways:
1.Cash amount of THB 3,000 THB 2. Credit card. The resort will open a limit of THB 1 Upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded. In the event that there is no damage to the room.

The property provides a speedboat and car transfer between the airport and the property at the charge of THB 1,250 per person per way.
Transfer Schedule will be operated 2 rounds per day. Guests are required to inform the property of their arrival details at least 3 days prior to arrival.
In case guests would like to join Gala Dinner, the guests are required to pay with the resort team directly.

The additional charge of New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on December 31st, 2024 as below;
- Child aged 0-1 year free of charge
- Child aged 2-11 years old will be charged THB 1,500++/person.
- Adult aged 12 years old and over will be charged THB 3,000++/person.
For the night on December 31st, 2024, the booking cannot be CHECKED OUT and it must be booked minimum 2 nights over.
