Only one extra bed is allowed in one room. Villa room does not have extra bed.
Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents.
Additional charges will apply for children 4 years and over.
Guests from 12 years of age are considered as adults. Up to 2 children under 12 years old are allowed to share a room with parents, and 1 extra bed must be booked at an additional charge for 1 child if 2 children share a room with parents.

Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.

Hotel room (Deluxe, Junior Suite… room types) only 2 adults included room rate, maximum 2 children allowed per room and an additional charge will apply for children 4 years and over. Guests from 12 years of age are considered as adults.
Villa Bedroom type: only 2 adults/ each room are included room rate, a maximum of 2 children/ each room allowed per villa, and an additional charge will apply for children 4 years and over. Guests from 12 years of age are considered as adults.

Maximum 4 persons are allowed in each room, including 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. An extra bed is required for the first case.
The property does not permit food and beverages from outside.
There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner. Which does not include room rate.
When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.
