Umeda Sky Building’s Kuchu Teien Observatory, a landmark of Osaka Umeda, offers breathtaking views across three levels—the 39th, 40th, and rooftop. The glass-walled escalator from the 35th to the 39th floor is a popular photo spot.

Restrictions
Children aged 0 to 3 years can enter for free.
Not available on special business days, such as Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival days and New Year's Day opening.

Re-entry is not permitted. You may enter only once on the day of use.
We cannot store luggage inside the observation deck, but there are coin lockers available at the following three locations:
- 1F Garden 5 (behind the ATM corner):
Large 700 yen / Medium 500 yen / Small 300 yen
Hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (7:00 AM - 9:00 PM on the second Saturday of each month)
- B1F Takimi-koji:
Large 700 yen / Medium 400 yen / Small 300 yen
Hours: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM
- B2F Parking:
Large 400 yen / Small 200 yen
Same-day use only
Even if it is raining, entry is allowed as usual.
Nursing rooms are available on the 39th and 40th floors (inside the observation deck).
*Please note that there are no smoking areas in the Kuchu Teien Observatory.
For Guests Using Wheelchairs:
Guests using wheelchairs are requested to take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor.

For Guests Using Strollers:
The see-through escalator is narrow and steep. If you have difficulty folding the stroller, we kindly ask that you take the high-rise elevator from the 1st floor of Tower East to the 39th floor.
