Cancellation

  • The trip cannot be canceled in any case because it is a promotional price. However, the traveler can be changed 21 days before the trip.

  • In case of sudden illness, only 7 business days before the trip, the company reserves the right to refund in all cases.

  • The company reserves the right to charge additional fees, cancel or postpone the trip if there are fewer than 20 travelers, which makes the group unable to travel.
