Cancellation
- Since this price is a promotional price, the air ticket guarantees 100% advance payment. Once booked and paid a deposit, if the booker cancels, there will be no refund of the deposit or tour fee.
- In the event that the traveler is denied entry or exit from the country, the right is reserved to not refund the entire tour fee.
- Once departing, if you do not use any of the services or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you have waived your rights and cannot claim a refund of the service fee or tour fee.

- This price is calculated based on the current airfare price. If the airfare price increases, the company reserves the right to adjust the airfare price according to the situation.
- The passport must have a validity of more than 7 months and the company only accepts those who intend to travel for tourism.
- The company will not be responsible for anything if you do not use the company's services completely, such as not going on some trips, not eating some meals because the company has already paid the foreign agent for all expenses in full before departure.
- The company will not be responsible for anything if items are lost due to theft and/or accidents caused by the negligence of the tourist.
- Since the airfare is a special price ticket, once the ticket is issued, if you are unable to travel with the group for whatever reason, the airfare cannot be postponed or refunded.

- If in your group there are people who need special care, use a wheelchair, children, the elderly, have chronic diseases, or are not comfortable traveling for more than 4-5 hours continuously, you and your family must take care of your family members by yourself because traveling as a group The tour leader is required to take care of the entire tour group.
- The tour guide, staff or representative of the company has no authority to make any promises on behalf of the company, unless there is a document signed by an authorized person of the company.
