  • Cancellation notice 15-29 days before the trip, deduct 50% of the tour fee + actual expenses.

  • Cancellation notice 0-14 days before the trip, retain 100% of the tour fee.

  • Travelers who are unable to enter or exit the country due to the submission of fake documents, deduct 100% of the expenses.

  • If the tour booking is canceled after the visa application has been completed, the company reserves the right to use the passport to cancel the visa in all cases, regardless of whether the visa application fee is included or separate from the tour program.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the trip if there are less than 10 travelers. The travelers will be notified at least 30 days before the trip.

  • The company reserves the right to change the tour program for any closed tourist attractions. Other tourist attractions will be arranged as a priority or the tour fee will be refunded to the group instead.

  • The company reserves the right to change the tour program in the event of force majeure such as flight delays, strikes, protests, natural disasters, riots, accidents, traffic problems, slow service at restaurants, or any other reason beyond the company's control, etc. The benefits of the travelers will be taken into account and maintained as much as possible. If the tour leader does not conduct the tour according to the program, you must object and claim your rights in that program. If you do not object, it is considered that you accept the tour.

  • Since this tour is a lump sum payment with an overseas agent, you cannot claim a refund in the event that you refuse or waive your rights to use the services provided by the tour, unless you have agreed or notified us before the trip.

  • The company will not be responsible for any expenses incurred if you are denied immigration and will not refund the tour fee you have paid if you are denied entry due to actions that are considered illegal. Or Immigration

  • In case you will use an official passport (blue book) to travel with the group, the company reserves the right not to be responsible if you are denied entry or exit from any country because normally tourists use an ordinary passport, a maroon book.

  • When you book a tour and pay a deposit, it means that you accept the message and conditions that the company has informed above.
