The company will process your visa application only if your group has 15 reservations and has received a confirmation from the embassy. Since the company requires group documents for visa applications, such as airfare, confirmed accommodation from Europe, and travel insurance, you must wait until your group has reached 15 before we can properly process your visa application.
If the group visa application queue is full during your travel period, the company reserves the right to process individual visa applications. You must arrive in person to apply for your visa at the appointed date and time, with company staff available to assist and assist you.
The documents required for European tourist visa applications are determined by the embassy, not the tour operator. Those wishing to apply for a European tourist visa are requested to prepare the correct and complete documents as required by the embassy, as these will affect your visa application. The tour operator is merely an intermediary and facilitates the visa application process. They do not determine the visa application for you.
If your visa application is rejected and your group is able to travel, you will be responsible for the following actual costs:
- Visa application and processing fees. The embassy will not refund any fees, regardless of whether the application is approved or not.
- Airfare deposit Or the actual airline ticket issued on the day of visa application. This ticket is an important document for visa application. If the application is not approved, the airline will require a refund. A partial fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 45-60 days (according to each airline's rules). If the ticket has not been issued, only the actual ticket deposit will be paid.
- Accommodations in Europe: If the group is able to depart but the visa application is not approved, the hotel will be required to pay the deposit or the travel cost. If you do not show up on the check-in date, the hotel will immediately forfeit 100% of the room rate. The company will notify you and provide supporting documents to ensure your understanding.
If the visa application is approved and the trip is cancelled, the company reserves the right to forfeit 100% of the total cost.
The company begins and ends the service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. If you are traveling from another province or country and reserve airline tickets or transportation to the airport, the company will not be responsible for these costs, as they are outside of the company's itinerary. Therefore, you should give the final group 100% before reserving transportation.
