Booking

 

I want to book hotels, flights, activities and other services from your website. What can I do?
Ans:    You can choose your travel/service date on selected product and select your package. Then clicking on the booking button, follow the steps and pay with your own credit card to get instant confirmation.

 

I want to cancel my booking(s). Where should I go first?
Ans:    Sign in to your account with email and password you have received from our automated email and go to manage my booking and select the booking you want to cancel. Please see more for cancellation policy.

 

Can I amend/change my booking(s)?
Ans:    You can do by sign in to your account with email and password you have received from our automated and go to manage my booking and select the booking you want to amend. Please see more for cancellation policy. Additional charges may be applied depends on accommodation policy.

 

I want to book service(s) for a group of more than 9 persons, what can I do?
Ans:    For group booking, please contact our staff at +662-001-5855 in working hours (Bangkok Time GMT+7) for English, Thai, Russia, Japanese and Chinese.

Arrival at the hotel

 

What do I need to bring with me for check-in?
Ans:    Documents needed for check-in are Hotel Voucher and all guests’ passport.

 

How do you charges for cancellation after deadline?
Ans:    Customer may not receive any refund as promotion campaigns or 1 night minimum for the fine according to hotel’s policy.

 

How do you charges for no-shows?
Ans:    If you are not arrive at the hotel as planned, your booking will be counted as cancellation after deadline and you will be fined 1 night minimum for the fine according to hotel’s policy.

 

What should I do if I have emergency problems with check-in at the hotel’s front-desk?
Ans:    You can contact emergency number as specified on Hotel Voucher.

 

Payment

 

How to pay with TraveliGo?
Ans:    Payment options and forms of payment vary by region and travel product, but for most bookings, you can pay with either a credit card or a debit card (only where applicable). Additional forms of payment may also be available.

 

How many days it will take for refund?
Ans:    Not every case will get refund as it depends on booking you have made (hotel’s policy) and cancellation deadline. Usually it will take minimum 20 working days according to the cardholder’s bank. For more information about refund, please go to Terms and Conditions Policy Page on our website.

 

General Questions

 

What is E-Ticket/E-Voucher?
Ans:    It is an electronic ticket which generates from system. Customer can print out or save to your mobile phone and present it at check-in point.

 

How long it takes to receive voucher?
Ans:    You will receive confirmation email and voucher automatically in 15-20 minutes after booking completed. Some cases may take longer processing time.
